The Trip Clip® offers printable activities to teach life skills, reduce screen time, and help special needs kids.

My kids are Gen Z, a group of kids who were the first to be raised in an “always online” world. No one understood the pull of screens at that point, not just for kids, but for adults. My kids’ grandparents were bothered by us allowing so much “screen time”, but the TV rules they had in the 80’s were nowhere near sufficient for the video games, computers in pockets, algorithms, and social media sites that we were up against. Twenty years later, here is my best advice about how to handle issues around raising kids and teens in a digital world. I expect this to be outdated within a year.
