I stand by all of my products, and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you change your mind within 10 days of an electronic purchase, or 30 days of a physical goods purchase, I will refund your money in full. For electronic purchases, simply email orders@thetripclip.com to let me know you want a refund, and I will turn off your account and issue a refund via PayPal within 24 hours. For physical goods purchases that are damaged or contain a printing error, email me at orders@thetripclip.com with a photo showing the issue, and I will give you a full refund. If you have simply changed your mind, you can send the product back to me and I will fully refund you for your purchase once I receive the returned product.
