Get a laminated 8x10 To Do / Done Board with 10 Velcro circles on each side to hold tasks.

Adhesive Magnet Sheets
Get a half sheet of 30 mil adhesive magnet sheets - enough to make 35 small or 12 big magnets. Print on regular paper, then peel of the backing to attach your printed page. Cut them apart with regular scissors.
